Terms of Service

This User Agreement (the ) is a public offer and defines the terms of use of the Telegram bot @V_Proxy_bot (the ), hosted in the Telegram messenger, between the Bot Administration (the ) and the User (the ).

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Bot and its functionality under the conditions set out in this Agreement.
1.2. By using the Bot, the User confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.

2. Description of the Bot and its Functionality

2.1. The @V_Proxy_bot is intended for the sale of proxy servers.
2.2. The list of features and capabilities of the Bot may be changed by the Administration without prior notice to the User.

3. Rules of Use

3.1. The User undertakes to use the Bot exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose and within the framework of applicable law.
3.2. The User is prohibited from:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to information contained in the Bot.
Using the Bot to distribute malicious software, spam, or other illegal information.
Interfering with the operation of the Bot, modifying its code or functionality.
Violating the rights of third parties when using the Bot.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User's access to the Bot in case of violation of this Agreement.

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1. The Administration is not responsible for any losses caused to the User as a result of using the Bot, including possible errors, downtime, data loss, etc.
4.2. The User bears full responsibility for their actions when using the Bot, as well as for the consequences of such actions.
4.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content of information posted by the User in the Bot.

5. Processing of Personal Data

5.1. The Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal data obtained during the use of the Bot.
5.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

6. Term and Amendments

6.1. This Agreement enters into force upon its acceptance by the User and remains valid indefinitely.
6.2. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Information about changes will be posted in the Bot. The User is deemed to have accepted the changes if they continue to use the Bot after such amendments.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. All disputes arising between the Administration and the User in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

8. Other Terms

8.1. In all other matters not covered by this Agreement, the parties shall be guided by applicable law.
8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
