Privacy Policy
This Privacy Agreement governs the procedure for collecting, using, and disclosing information about the User that may be considered confidential or is deemed confidential under the laws of the Russian Federation.
By using the VProxy bot and/or concluding the Agency Agreement, the User provides full and unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Agreement. Lack of awareness of this document does not release the User from responsibility for non-compliance. If the User does not agree with its terms, they must immediately stop using the VProxy bot.
1. Sources of Information
1.1. Information may be personalized (directly related to a specific individual) or non-personalized (general data collected without linking to a specific person).
1.2. The Administration may collect information through:
- Correspondence via email.
- Registration forms in the Bot.
- Participation in events, surveys, applications, feedback forms.
- Technical data (User's ISP, IP address, PC/software details, uploaded/downloaded files, etc.).
- Statistics about the User's preferences (e.g., pages viewed).
1.3. Only information stored in the VProxy database in encrypted form and accessible solely to the Administration may be considered confidential.
1.4. Information voluntarily placed in public sections of the Bot or obtained from open sources is not considered confidential.
2. Security
2.1. The Administration uses modern technologies to ensure the confidentiality of personal data.
2.2. Access to personal information is provided via login/password. The User must keep their credentials secure and not share them. Any changes made using such credentials are considered made personally by the User.
2.3. Collection, storage, use, processing, and disclosure of data are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
2.4. The User acknowledges and agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Administration for the purposes specified in the Agency Agreement.
3. Final Provisions
3.1. When placing an order, the User provides identifiers (UID, ID, Server ID, Zone ID, account email, etc.) as well as the requested digital goods.
3.2. The Administration's activities are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively under Russian law.
3.3. The Administration is not responsible for direct or indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.
3.4. The Administration may amend this Privacy Agreement unilaterally.
